RYT 200 Hours
We believe the energy at Seven Studios is something special. We are founded in the belief that if you offer an experience that inspires people, makes people feel good, teaches people something about themselves and empowers people to live their life with joy and passion – something incredible happens. And, it is with that spirit that we decided to develop our own YTT200 course. This course will provide individuals with their 200 hours of yoga training so that they can be yoga instructors across the globe as well as live a little more powerfully in their everyday walk.
While the knowledge you will receive will be incredibly powerful, we believe the experience we create for you – to learn, be inspired, grow, and transform – is one-of-a-kind. The minute you walk in the door, you will be greeted with powerful, positive energy… You will learn how to not only help other people to be inspired in their life – but you will learn how to tap into your greatest strengths, the things that make you come alive and your special style – and bring it to life.

Meets every Saturday 8am-5pm. We will offer the opportunity for participants to teach community classes to help fulfill their 20 class requirement prior to earning their Yoga Alliance YTT200.
What does the cost include?
Cost includes 7 books, including The 7 Life Miracles, A 7-studios aromatherapy candle of your choice, one-month membership to Seven Studios, membership to Julie’s 8-week online coaching course, all materials, access to a variety of instructors and more! The books, membership, online coaching and aromatherapy kit alone are worth over $700.

Seven’s name came from a concept authored by Julie in her book, The 7 Life Miracles. The 7 Life Miracles encourages every person to seek their fullest and happiest life by adopting 7 areas of awareness in their lives. Each class is taught with one of the 7 Miracles as a theme – giving a unique and inspirational experience each time you visit the studio.
Seven Studios is honored to share some of the most inspired and talented fitness/yoga professionals in the city with you. We know you will love their classes – but of course, we are biased. Come try them out for yourself!
Got to know Julie Wilkes, The Happiness Catalyst
Seven Studios is the dream of Julie Wilkes – motivational speaker, fitness expert, inspired yogi and heart disease survivor. Due to her heart condition, Julie’s life expectancy was 12 years old. Julie has outlived her life expectancy by more than three-fold, and she believes she was given a second chance at life in order to share messages of inspiration, overcoming and courage. She designed Seven Studios to be a vehicle for those messages.
Julie is the North American Wellness Lead for Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company, CEO and Owner of Seven Studios (a yoga and fitness studio), published author of The 7 Life Miracles, a Life Coach, a motivational speaker and an entrepreneur, owning several companies, including: aromatherapy product lines, an online life coaching series and a public speaking academy.
Julie has a Master’s Degree in Education-Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’ s Degree in International Business from Marietta College. She has her Registered Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour certification with Yoga Alliance and fitness and pilates certifications from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, and Fitour. She also has a life coach certification from Well Coaches.
We will have field trips, such as gratitude silent hikes, we will go out into the community to offer classes and share our love with central Ohio, and we will learn food prep ideas, community service concepts and develop our own gratitude project.
We will share the rich history and background of yoga, teach basic Sanskrit words and understand the how and why of yoga sequencing and postures. We will focus on many types of yoga, with a deeper focus on Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin. We will also focus on safe, effective delivery of a yoga practice, and how you can help special populations.
We will also focus on stress management techniques, breathing (both in and out of a yoga practice) and the basics around anatomy and movement.
All participants will receive the opportunity to teach a class as a part of our community class offering.
