College Up – Mindfulness Coaching for the College Student


Going to college can be one of the most exciting times in a person’s life. It can also be one of the most difficult. In many cases, everything about a person’s life changes. This is the first time many students will be making their own choices and decisions, navigating their future pathways and developing new friendships and relationships. Certified coach Julie Wilkes has developed a 6 week coaching program to teach college students (or soon-to-be-college students) how to develop their own personal identity and brand (help them to figure out who they are and what they want), techniques for managing stress and being resilient, positive goal-setting and habit formation, relationship and communication strategies for making new friends and getting along with difficult people, and physical and mental exercises that keep a person feeling healthy and whole. Julie will work with each client to help them to learn what might get in their way of success and help them to develop confidence, courage and the ability to walk into a room and shine!
