This class comes in HOT & WARM options as well as levels I,II,III and all level options. Enjoy the strength, flexibility and inspiration that comes from flowing through a hot yoga class. Instructors use traditional foundation and bring their creative and individual styles to make every class personal, welcoming and motivating! Be ready for high-energy music, heat, and a challenge! You’ll be addicted!
This class is offered in both 45 & 60 minute classes. This class is focused on strengthening and toning the core, glutes and legs, while inspiring full-body flexibility, coordination and agility. You’ll use the ballet bar for part of the class and then shift to the floor where you may use towels, balls, hand weights or pure body strength for additional exercises and movements. We finish the workout with a core strengthening challenge – and you are sure to leave feeling inspired, strong and balanced within your body! Come join us for this fun, express class! No dancing skills needed (but you’ll learn to move with grace and strong posture!) All fitness levels welcome. This is a class for both men and women!
A fun, high-energy 30-minute class, with a variety of movements and apparatus designed to inspire focus on total body conditioning – both muscularly and cardiovascularly. This class is good for those looking to tone up, lose weight, strengthen the body, improve endurance, and be challenged. All levels of fitness are welcome but is considered a high-intensity class – so newbies will need to be ok going at their own pace.
Black Lotus Yoga Vibes:
A movement practice that fuses power yoga, primal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. All levels welcome! This is about empowerment and loving your body!
Looking for a class that energizes your mind and body, but also provides time to restore and replenish? Connect7 is a Seven Signature class developed to provide a yin and yang balance within your yoga practice. You will begin with a gentle focus and slow movement, move into an all-levels vinyasa flow, and then return to a restorative sealing of the practice. This is a wonderful way to reset the mind and body, heal and stretch while inspiring good energy. You will leave this class feeling renewed and relaxed, but also energized and centered. Good for all levels. This class is not hot. (LYB Friendly = Love Your Brain friendly – good for those who have gone through our Love Your Brain program).
Stimulate your digestive, circulatory, and lymphatic system with a series of twists, forward bends, and warming breath practice to rid your body of impurities both physically and mentally. A great way to start the weekend! (and, a great lunch class – return to work feeling great without getting too hot!).
Like Pilates? Like Yoga? Want to get them both in one workout? You’ve found it! Get the core strengthening benefits of Pilates and the muscle flexibility and energy from a yoga flow class in one! We love this format and know you will too!
Acupuncture – 45 minute session:
Traditional Chinese medicine explains that health is the result of a harmonious balance of the complementary extremes of “yin” and “yang” of the life force known as “qi,” pronounced “chi.” Illness is said to be the consequence of an imbalance of the forces. Qi is said to flow through meridians, or pathways, in the human body. These meridians and energy flows are accessible through 350 acupuncture points in the body. Inserting needles into these points with appropriate combinations is said to bring the energy flow back into proper balance. This session will allow for an individual to have a 30 minute session – the first 10 you meet with Sarah Roell from Dynamic Flow Acupuncture; she will work with you 1-1 for 10 minutes and get you set up in an anti-gravity chair with your treatment. You will have 30 minutes of your acupuncture session. Sessions start every 10 minutes.
